If your nominating sources have already been given out the appts in dd district Am I understanding that the candidate would be given an appointment from somewhere else? Does naps appt count as a spot from a senator in district ie senator can only have 5 people at an academy at one time...

So we have until April 15 ? Is that the magic date that you will know one way or the other? Is that when all appts have gone out and candidates have accepted ?
