I will be a third time applicant for USNA 2021. I remember my first BGO telling me of people applying three times before they got in and I thought for sure that wouldn't be me. Now I hope to become one of those people... funny how life turns out haha.

Say a mid's end goal is to become a sub officer; however, he/she was selected for SWO. Could this mid turn down/ leave the NROTC unit before commissioning and enlist?

Does USNA care more about SAT/ACT or college performance for three time applicants?

My University does not allow its students to retake courses unless they failed the course entirely. So looks like I am going to keep on trucking forward. Hope the admissions board knows I am not neglecting their advice about retaking classes. I guess I'll mention this to my BGO next year?
