So, I am applying for USMA and have already done my medical exam etc etc etc. If I don't get into USMA, my hope is to at least get an ROTC scholarship. My question is, do I have to apply to USMA and the ROTC scholarship separately? Or, does my applying to USMA also mean I am being considered...
