    I'm CPR and needing a waiver as well so I called USNA admissions and they told me that once you are appointed, then they will complete the waiver process. So yes, I believe they would give a conditional offer of appointment first.

    How did you know they were pursuing a waiver? Email? Status change? ALO notification?

    Been DQ since this Monday. My DoDMERB status says "Pending Waiver Submission/Review". So if my USAFA status says "Complete but Medically Disqualified", does that mean they won't initiate the waiver process?

    Glad to know I'm not alone when I anxiously check the portal each day. Been CPR for a few months now also. Does anybody know if it's at all possible to still receive an appointment while waiting for a waiver? Thanks.

    5Day, it was sports related (soccer) from January, 2016 and currently there are no "post injury manifestations". A pediatrician diagnosed it as a mild concussion but a neurologist said it was nothing. Thank you for the time frame though, much appreciated.
