Hello, so I have been reading around and seeing that for my interview with the PMS for Army ROTC scholarship, I would have my height and weight measure, is this true? Currently I'm fairly fit but my weight is exceeding the max by a few pounds and I'm trying to lose that asap.

I recently got a notice to schedule my interview with a local PMS. Any tips for me on how to max out the points on this section? Not only that but what are the stats on people getting the scholarships from the Army, considering that Army is less competitive compare to AF and such?
