Still on hold....assuming chances are dwindling, if not over. Wondering why they do not update portal with a 'denied' status rather than allow us to hold onto false hope? Has anyone had their status changed to 'denied' (or whatever they call is) from 'hold' in the past month?

From past experience, or previous years, anyone know when they finalize the class? When can we expect to see our portal status change if not granted an appointment?

For those who have received their appointments in the past couple of weeks, first, congratulations, second, can you let us know how your were notified? Was it BFE, Call, Portal update, carrier pigeon or something else? Thx

The way I'm reading this is that they likely offered spots to up to 400 applicants, to get the class of 280 they desire. (Based on past years numbers). If half the 400 accepted, that leaves 80 left. Still a decent number, but not quite 140. I hope the above posters are correct and I am wrong...

I was DQed in January. Dodmerb site still says 'pending waiver submission / review'. Have heard nothing from the academy. Does anyone know if this means that the academy has a) yet to request a review, b) that it is in the process of being reviewed, or c) none of the above? thx
