Transferring to NROTC School from CC possible?

Check with the schools you are considering. The university where I work will accept students from CC with less than 60 hours - as a Liberal Arts & Science student. Finish your 60 hours of gen ed, then transfer into your major. But every school and major is different.

DS found online, self-paced class he will take while doing seatrail/2c cruise. There's a start and complete date, but in between he can pick when he works on the class. It's a gen ed course - needed for graduation, but not his major. It's at the university he attends.
