It is. Seems like there are a ton of us in the still waiting boat. Only contact DS has had is with the soccer coach.

DS hear back the 1st or 2nd of May last year.

DS has been accepted to three schools and two of them would be for soccer but USCGA is his first choice. The waiting is brutal.
