I had my NROTC interview with CAPT Gawne, the Professor of Naval Science at GW, he's a great guy. Your best bet is to try to contact him and see if he can help you out, I know he sits on the board for NROTC Scholarships so he may have some sway with decisions. Good luck

To everyone going to NASS: Make sure you guys show up in shape and can run at least 3.5 miles nonstop. NASS is used as a program to sell you the Naval Academy, don't think USNA is like NASS at all. However, they do make sure you emphasize to you the physical stamina/endurance requirements...
