I just wanted to update this thread regarding what I have chosen (between my NROTC nurse scholarship and USNA). I will be accepting an appointment to USNA as a part of the c/o 2021!

Same here. I definitely know that feeling. I actually didn't know about USNA until around September.
I'm planning on doing some outreach as well. My school usually has one or two going to an SA (last two were USAFA and West Point). Navy's the better choice obviously ;)

I'm not sure about the portal change, but I took the ACT and my math and reading scores were shown on an 800 scale instead of my actual ACT section scores.

5day, I got the scholarship for the University of Michigan, but I haven't "got in" to the school yet. I heard that I will hear back from them before Apr 1.

That sounds amazing @unkown1961. Something that played a part (a small part) in me wanting to become a naval officer was the chance to travel a bit.
