Does the 3 and 4 YR ROTC National Scholarship include priority registration? I notice some schools such as UCI and USC state this but others do not. Also does a 3 YR Scholarship winner get priority registration at his or her school for the first year if they offer it? Thank you.

Thank you for the advice and kind words, however I don't think I would be able to take the PA again as according to my interviewer there isn't much I can do after being boarded. Would I upload the acceptance letter on the application website? I'm not quite sure who to email and I hope I can do...
