I guess it's already been answered, but I had the same question with an AFROTC scholarship last spring. It was a resounding "no" then too :) Best of luck!

The same thing happened with my Army and AF rotc officer interviews last year. Be patient, it's a good quality. If it gets down to the last two to three weeks before the deadline and it still isn't in, contact the officer. Just the way I'd do it. Good luck to you and your son!
