    Are athletic accolades important?

    I play a varsity sport with accolades including all-state, all-region, all-area, and all-district honors. I understand that being team captain is of importance, but do these accolades hold any importance to service academies?

    Tuition Fees

    I was wondering whether cadets, if accepted to a service academy following a stint at a military preparatory school, are able to attend with student debt? Obviously some military preparatory schools have pricey tuition. I'm not too familiar with the process or preparatory schools for that matter.
