I had the same gpa and ACT score but did not get the scholarship. I would recommend trying to boost the ACT a couple points although there’s still a fair chance even with that score. You have a lot more leadership aspects then I had as well as a great PT score. And like Sargon said, it also...
I’ll be competing for an on-campus AROTC scholarship and I tried to get as many scholarships from outside sources and academic scholarships to get me through my first 2 years of college.
With Army ROTC you can list up to 7 schools. There must be 2 instate schools and at least 2 public universities on the application if you use all 7 slots.
I read some posts from a while back discussing how AROTC host schools have control of National Scholarships and get to decide whether to allocate them to partner schools or not. Is this true? My top 2 schools on my list were partner schools (Colorado Christian University partnered to CU-Boulder...

I am currently board ready for the 2nd board of the AROTC scholarship coming up. I have mixed feelings of my chances as my SAT score was below average (1210/1600) and had unconventional leadership roles through high school (through church/youth group, volunteer work, and part-time employment)...
As of today, all of my information and documents necessary have been submitted for the AROTC Scholarship application. I was not able to fully complete my application until recently due to a fibula fracture in my right leg from football. It took me over 3 months to rehabilitate from it and I...
I have currently completed everything necessary in the application process for the Army ROTC scholarship except for my fitness test. I was going to have it administered within this week or the next, but a few days ago I fractured my fibula in my right leg at football practice. It will take four...
I am currently finishing my Junior year in High School and I am going to apply for the AROTC scholarship in the summer. I will enroll in an Army ROTC program in college whether I have received a scholarship or not, but I would like to have a general idea of my chances of receiving one. I...
