TWE email/portal update for DS about an hour ago. Immediately accepted his USMA appointment. Such a weird (and great) feeling finally knowing the path he will be taking. Good luck to all of those still CPR, already appointed or working on those Plan B’s. Seen some amazing opportunities...

That’s kind of my thinking too. I can afford to be less patient than he needs to be. I’m ready to book flights somewhere! Lol

DS still CPR. Has appointment to USMA. What would happen if a kid accepts WP but then after the May 1 deadline, USNA offers an appointment? Just a scenario (stressful to even think about) I have been pondering for awhile now.

My DS had to re-do his push ups video as well. Tbh I think it had more to do w the clothes he had on and the angle the video was taken than it did w his form. Was a quick easy fix though.

DS had Principal Nomination from Rep. Still has two Noms to USNA which is why he is Undecided. Have yet to hear anything from the Blunt camp

Same timeline for my DS. BFE arrived about an hour ago. He can’t wait to get home and get it in his hands! Congrats to you all!

DS had his sent back in September. By November... still nothing. Overnight mailed them again. Finally mid-December they showed up in his portal. I would say there is a log jam in that specific process at all times.

Principal at DS’s school called me on the 16th to advise me to be at the school 1100/17 and not to discuss w DS. At 1100/17 myself and my ex wife were privileged to watch DS take a phone call from our District Rep advising him of his Offer of Appointment. We are a very small rural community...

My DS is 3Q to USMA w a Principal Nomination. His first choice is USNA where he has two Nominations. We are uncertain on this but he is essentially assured a USMA Appointment correct? (Obviously we know nothing is guaranteed until he takes that Oath.) Glad to see some clarity on his two noms...

DS received Principal Nomination from Hartzler (MO-4) today to USMA and a Nomination to USNA as well from her. Already has a USNA from McCaskill as well. No word from Blunt yet. His preferences were USNA, USMA and then USAFA. It’s an exciting day around here! Best of luck to all going forward!

DS has only heard from McCaskill so far. Nomination for USNA. Nothing from Rep Hartzler (MO-4) or Blunt as of yet.
