Could you share more of your experience? Did the Waiver Authority tell you what information you needed or did you come up with it on your own?

My DS is in the same situation, awarded a 4 year ROTC Scholarship but now needs a waiver. When you say you are looking to see if a Representative could help speed it up, do you mean a Congressman?
