I noticed the first wave of appointment notifications went out on a Tuesday, will the other "trickling" weekly appointment notifications go out on Tuesdays also or will it be any day of the week?

I read that the FFR may or may not need to do one. To any FFRs out there, could you explain what this means? Also, if a candidate is not required one could that mean they could get an appointment without one?
