At least a few TX Representatives (e.g., CD-22) havn't done interviews yet. Do the Senators make their nominations before Representatives?

After completing physical, my DS got a message from DoDMERB telling him he has one remedial (nothing major). Does this mean there are no other "issues" with his physical? Or could he get separate DoDMERB notifications about other issues? Just trying to determine if this hurdle is cleared once...
