I received the letter two weeks ago

When I received my nomination from my senator, it showed up in my portal before I ever heard anything from his office. I have received a letter from my congressman’s office saying I have received a nomination however nothing has showed up in my portal yet. Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes , he’s sent out his letters but hasn’t submitted them to the academy yet.

I asked my MALO, and they were able to tell me

I heard back from Rubio, ended up getting his Nom, heard he has two vacancies at USMA this year.

I am still trying to wrap my head around the whole concept of how appointments are offered so I am just curious, when a MOC sends in its nominations to WP, as long as at least one canidate is fully qualified, they will be offered an appointment?
