My DS had already figured on not being awarded NROTC scholarship so she paid for her non ROTC school first choice. Today she was awarded scholarship. OY her mind was made up. Now what.

I dont think that is correct. you need one of the school where you qualify for in state tuition not just in your state, Been through this twice already and needs to be in your top 3. We had to put Rutgers down as third choice even though DD dint really want to go there.

My DD says re boarded since after the first board? Is this different than what is being written on others? nothing ever changes in my DD screen.
