Received nomination from Representative Raskin (MD-8) last night. For MD he is pretty early. For Van Hollen, those should be coming out soon, and Cardin will be coming out in January.

Just wondering, how much of a boost does an applicant have if they hold a pilots licence whether it is powered or in gliding? Does it settle in the category for showing initiative? Or does it have little effect overall?
