I didn't realize you could change HOR. Did your DS just update his HOR at MPF? We will not be staying in FL so we will have to have DDs mail forwarded to wherever we end up next.

Congrats to your son!! We had a friends son enlist whilst we were all stationed in the UK... and that is considered his HOR. He was also born there so not sure what all weighed on his HOR status. If we find anything out, I will be sure to share!!
