Say shwat.. How can you use DODMERB to check your status?

I know I waited too long. I just recently decided to apply to afrotc. I was going all or nothing on the academy and now I want to have a back up just in case. Thank you for your help

the deadline is january 9th. I sending the last part of my app in tomorrow, the short answer questions. Should I send two copies of it to them just in case one is lost or something?

I plan to major in physics. I haven't had my interview yet.

How does the AFROTC sholarship interview compare with an Academy's ALO or Congressman's Nomination interview? My nomination interview was 9 people sitting in front of me, each asking 2 questions. ALO interview was simple and to the point, nothing weird. Your thoughts?

So what do most AFROTC cadets become if not pilots? I know there's a lot of careers but does one stick out from the rest if being a pilot is not one of them?

When you say "now of those grads who can make it through pilot training, I don't know" do you mean like they haven't been trained good enough? Is pilot training like bct or something, why is it so hard? Is it physically or academically straining?

Also, how many pilot slots are there each year? How many go to the Academy, and how many to ROTC?

Don't send in your application until early November. My ALO told me that they don't look at the applications very much until November anyways. Good job though.

My friend keeps telling me that the Air Force is going to drones and UAV's. He says if you go into the Air Force, you will be more likely to be a UAV pilot than an actual pilot. Please tell me that my friend is a douchebag.:biggrin:
