So I did swimming in high school but have never really done much else. I can do about 6 pull ups and can hold an 8 minute mile pace. STP isn't really an option bc I have to pay for school.

So I've never really PT'd being a bookworm and wanted to know what I can do before Matriculation to prepare myself for both the Ratline and Army ROTC where I'm trying to pick up a scholarship.

Any watch recommendations?
