    Workout Plan for AROTC

    I know your doing AROTC and not going to West Point, but on the USMA website under physical preparation or something there is an editable excel document where you plug in your pft scores etc. and it outputs an 8-week workout plan that is pretty good. Good luck!

    My advice would be to get on top of it and be upfront with your regional commander/liason, as sometimes there is a need for a civilian conviction waiver (depending on the amount of the fine).

    2nd nomination chances?

    If you received a nomination the first time, I would reason that it will not be substantially more difficult to get another one. Along with others above, I think it could work in your favor and show dedication and commitment.
