In a TWE does USNA inform the candidate if they were 3Q’d or not? Or is it just a generic “I regret to inform you…”

Pretty sure the showing of a numeric CFA score was just a glitch that accompanied the portal switch this year. Mine just shows qualified with the test date by it, and that seems to be common.

There’s a thread called “What does this status change mean” - lots of good information there! Mine changed aswell, it’s most likely due to the new CIS that was implemented recently, and some bugs that need squishing.

Reaching out to admissions usually resolves the problem. My BGO interview hadn’t appeared when it was completed a month ago and as soon as I asked my portal was updated with a check mark
