My Recruiting officer gave me the choice of either collecting all the recommendations and sending him pictures, or having the teachers send pictures directly to him. Keep in mind teachers often prefer the latter for confidentiality.

And you could always put in an application(although this is a long, arduous, process) and can decide then whether you wish to attend USNA Or NROTC(if you are accepted). Best wishes
