Still down...so frustrating. Email received that "new correspondence from DoDMERB regarding application" on Friday and the site has been down ever since! No way to view the "new correspondence". UGH...

My son's "winner letter" was uploaded to his "file upload" tab on the Army ROTC dashboard but we are unable to open it. It is a "tiff" file. Has anyone else had this problem?

We are in Virginia and my DS hasn't heard yet...still waiting.
