Site is back up but he is still B/UC> disappointing!

Yesterday DS’s Portal status remained B/UC. Today when i try to go into the application it says “General Error”. Is that like the application was virtually tossed into the circular file???

Thanks! Part of me thought him in his private school uniform would appear like he is comfortable wearing a uniform and used to that kind of conformity. I appreciate all of the feedback here.
