My daughter interviewed 2 years ago, several of her friends did not and they all ended up with appointments to class of 24.

There is an Intelligence Specialist rating for enlisted members. Can never go wrong in the Intel field, and after you get out there will be job opportunities.

For anyone who did not receive the results they had hoped for, I strongly suggest going to Marion as a Self Prep. They have a good track record of acceptance after a year there.

There were 21 total, there were two that received appointments to other academies in addition the CG Academy. Hope this is helpful, all the info I have right now. All 10 of the self preps received there appointments the same day. MMI has a chart that shows the appointment numbers each year.

Just watched a video of LTC Bowen at Marion, there were a total of 10 Self Prep students who earned appointments to the Academy. These are self prep (paid own way) not sure of final CGAS numbers.

Georgia Military is one of the prep schools for CGA. It is not a transfer, you go there for a year of prep then reapply for CGA. You should review the self prep appointment stats between Georgia and MMI prior to making a final decision.

Self prep students are in the same classes with the CGAS students at MMI.

My daughters bear’s den was updated the night she heard after midnight, the coach and AO called two days later. Hang in there everyone, and if it doesn’t work out this year you can always self prep to improve you chances next year.
