My DS was DQ for headaches. The DQ by DODMERB was inaccurate in that it stated that he had been medicated more than twice in two consecutive years. He was only prescribed medicine once for headaches and it was never refilled. I don’t know where they pulled that info? We gave them 3 years worth...
