I got my travel orders yesterday after emailing the hr person for my unit (I am traveling by car) did not get any packing list or anything so I’m super thankful that others have posted packing lists on this thread

I feel like I remember NROTC applicants not having to complete dodmerb physical until after receiving a scholarship. I could be wrong though because I had already completed the physical for my academy application.

Schedule a retake for either the SAT or ACT ASAP. Seems like they don’t even consider application that do not meet the minimum test scores.

Ok so I couldn’t find another thread about this... I got the NROTC scholarship to USC and got accepted there as well. They expect a $300 deposit on tuition so show that I am going there. Does the scholarship pay for this, or am I responsible for gathering the money for this deposit?

Has anyone that received an NROTC scholarship had a representative come to a school awards ceremony to award the scholarship? My school has an awards night to recognize every student who has received any kind of scholarship and normally there is a representative from the school or organization...

I went through all the same hoops and never got ahold of my BGO... but, my application says it’s complete and I never had the interview. I think as long as your application does not say on the top “complete BGO interview” or something along those lines, you should be good
