Hello! My status has been updated to winner, but I am confused as to whether or not I was supposed to receive an award letter (as some of the previous posts seem to suggest). Am I not supposed to accept the scholarship now? Thanks in advance.

I was notified that I won a 4-year scholarship today to my dream college, but I was also waitlisted today for said college. Will it increase my chances of getting off the waitlist if I tell undergrad admissions and their ROTC cadre about it? Would it hurt?

I have one more question—the instructions say to upload a final 11th grade transcript. Is a report card with grades from my junior year sufficient? Or do I need an official transcript from my school with grades from sophomore to junior year? Thanks.
