I’ve been taking as many practice tests as possible leading up to the test and covering as much material as I can. Haven’t thought about approaching my professor about the ACT, so I might consider that going forwards. Thank you for the tips! Go Army! Beat Navy!

I will definitely incorporate the plugging in strategy on the test. The geometry was always a little bit of a rough spot on the test because I haven’t taken any geometry for four years, so the triangle tips should definitely help. I’ve incorporated these into my studying. Thank you!

I just took a semester of physics and calc with a average of 90 in physics and 85 in calc. I’ve heard you get additional points on your application for good performance in college so hopefully that’ll help.

I have flat feet but they hardly bother me. I also have a 6 degree curve in my spine, but I heard anything under a 17 degree curve is acceptable. I was diagnosed with mild excezma once when I was 10, but it was quickly cured and has never reoccurred.

This is something I was afraid would happen if I turned down an appointment and is part of the reason I know I’ll take the opportunity to attend if it’s offered. Thanks for sharing your experience

How common does this tend to be? When I visited I was the only one whose parents were against the idea of their kid entering the Academy.
