I know a number of people who had to get waivers, and this is done on a case-by-case basis. It can take any amount of time for a wavier to be granted, and it often depends on the volume of paperwork that is being processed at the time.

Most offices have a formal application process. If you go to your congress member’s website, there is usually a “Service Academy Nomination” page with instructions on how to apply for his/her nomination.

I’m also not sure that all of the forms on the website are up to date for 2023. I’ve been using it as a backup only.

I believe immunization staff is referring to staff in Annapolis on I-Day. The top/middle part of the form is for you and your doctor.

I went two weeks ago, the Uber was a 22 minute ride going to Annapolis from BWI (fast Uber) for $38.50 tip included, and it was a 35 minute ride back to BWI (slower Uber) on Saturday around 12, cost a hair under $40. Both were easy to get and showed up quickly! Good luck!
