Hey guys, To keep it brief, I was suspended from my high school for 1 day due to a derogatory online commentI made about another student. I was wrong. What I did jeopardized my appointment and I'm wondering what my next steps should be. Thanks everyone.

I received my appointment this morning. The letter in my portal reported that appointments are "awarded to only about 1,200 of our 9,700 applicants" <-- Exact quote.

Everyone in this thread is right. Just because we weren't in that appointment wave, doesn't mean that we're outta the fight! It's not over till the TWE.

IIRC, that's up for the SA to decide. They charge candidates to the various slots (Congressional, Senatorial, and Presidential) and may shuffle them around as needed. So someone with three nominations can belong to any one of the three slots.

Morning everyone, So if last year's appointment thread is anything to go by, we can expect a massive release of appointments this week correct? I'm curious because the wait is killing me.

I'm sitting on an NROTC MO scholarship to the University of California, San Diego. I would love to go to USAFA though. Still waiting for news!
