He was until he received his on Good Friday morning. Now waiting for the USNA portal update hopefully with the fully qualified offer of appointment.

There are others that know better than me but presumably the wait list is to fill out the class if the declination rate exceeds Admissions' planning. The declination rate includes those with LOAs who do not fulfill their condition.

They will provide additional time for those offered appointments after or near deadlines.

I'm feeling pretty good that the word "conditional" will soon be removed. Congratulations.
