MMI Class of 2021 - SELF PREP

I can attest from personal experience that if your cadet puts in the effort MMI will return the effort it spades. My DS is now at Plebe Summer at USNA after a year of self prep at MMI. I have no doubts that LTC Bowen's personal efforts, combined with my son's hard work, made the difference in...

    Self prep success rate?

I don't believe you will find any quality data on "success rates" by school. A re-applicant class at any given college may be tiny, maybe as few as one re-applicant. Thus, a rate of success is a meaningless number if that applicant gets in or doesn't. All schools, prep or college, are not...

Tips for College Re-Applicant (Class of 2025)

Self-prep was the right choice for my DS. He is looking forward to joining the Brigade at I-Day in June. What gives a re-applicant a better chance isn't where they go for their re-application year but what they do during it. Do they improve the weaknesses in their application? Do they take...

    NASS/STEM 2020 Cancelled

I won't be surprised either. My observation was that this cancellation was to provide the best opportunity to hold I-Day and summer training on time. It creates a gap in time at Bancroft and other facilities where fewer people are at the Yard. Recall STEM and NASS bump right up to I-Day...

    Letter of Assurance!!

There are others that know better than me but presumably the wait list is to fill out the class if the declination rate exceeds Admissions' planning. The declination rate includes those with LOAs who do not fulfill their condition.

    Letter of Assurance!!

They will provide additional time for those offered appointments after or near deadlines.

    Still CPR

I'm feeling pretty good that the word "conditional" will soon be removed. Congratulations.
