I got my four year scholarship in the January Board. I got my scholarship transfer completed. As of today, I am medically qualified. Is there anything else I have to do. Is there anything that I have to do in terms of scholarship stuff that the school might need or how to pay? Am I done?

I completed my exams a week or two ago and my status has been changed to "Complete." How do I know that I am qualified and how long should I expect that to take. Then after that, what's next?

Does this mean that my letter of intent and acknowledgement is acknowledged and approved? or will there be a different file?

If the winner letter is "approved" does that mean my letter of intent was approved?

I uploaded the signed letter of intent and acknowledgement to the "upload file" page on the ROTC website and it didn't show up as even a pending document. So, I uploaded it again thinking I timed out or mis-clicked and it didn't show up again. How do I know if it is uploaded or recieved? Thanks!
