Can only speak from my experience, but when sending transcript from my college, I had to send them through parchment. I did have the option to mail them, but parchment systems said it requested they be sent electronically. I'm pretty sure my high school also sent them to USAFA through parchment.

Wrong thread! But still, USMA has the option to request overnight visits. I had to call the visitation center at West point. They normally like two weeks notice!
