How is holiday/furlough travel usually sorted out? Do cadets usually fly out from one airport over another (e.g. Richmond vs DCA or IAD)? Is there usually a shuttle that runs to the airport, or do cadets grab an uber/cab?

How did you make that happen? My son got a 4-year NROTC, but only a 3-year AROTC. We didn't even know this was possible.
