If you're flying, it's best to get as much of the listed items as possible. I'm flying out of PA to attend and the only major stuff I am getting in Roswell are the liquids (detergents, cleaners), iron and ironing board, toiletries, and some classroom supplies that make my suitcase over weight...

I'm sorry you got turned down... I know its rough but it sounds like your plan b is great too. Keep going strong next year, they do recognize when people reapply.

They can spend time off base after they are released. If they have watch, they have to report for watch unless the chain of command suspends it.

Your stats look pretty good. They also look at sports, leadership positions, and classes you have taken.

Yes I sent my admissions officer an email this morning. I have also recieved and email from one of the coaches stating that he would let me know if he heard of anything.

Does it say hold to the candidate status part? Mine still says "app on file" and I haven't heard any news, good or bad.

Some offers will go out this month as well, mostly for prep. I emailed one of the admissions officers my area admissions officer told me to and he said decisions regarding prep will be made and released in April.

I was able go view the portal as of a few minutes ago and there was not any update, so maybe the server was being temperamental. Dont worry guys,we'll all be okay!

Not yet, I've been waiting for an email for a few days. I believe they're going to release all decisions on Apr 1.

As March draws to a close, my application status hasn't changed from 'submitted'. I haven't recieved an email stating that I have been rejected. I was wondering if acceptances/rejections normally go out this late or if theres a reason it's so late. Thanks for the help!

I still think a slot is a slot though. And even if an appointment is given later, it doesnt mean it's a pity appointment. An appointment is and appointment, no matter how late or early. I know the wait sucks, but I think it'll all be worth it!
