I don't understand - what has happened prior to freshman year? My understanding was if scholarships weren't awarded while in high-school the earliest he could get one while attending college would be for his sophomore year.

My son's status hasn't changed from B/UC. Will the candidates receive an email when their status is updated? Or does he need to keep checking his account online? (Between this and the waiting for college decisions stress I'll be happy when it's all over.) I'm hoping they update it either way...
