I believe, this year Jan 3rd is when applications for SS opened. My DD applied on 1/7 and got the notice she's accepted on 2/25.

Senator Booker was standing next to the aisle we were seated in and my DD and I stood and turned to him and had a nice conversation. She told him her goal of being the first female Navy seal and he was very impressed. Menendez didn't really chat with anyone.

We're planning on going to Menendez/Booker academy info day tomorrow and was wondering what to expect. How should DD dress? Will she be able to speak to them? Anyone have advice on what to do and not do, etc. Thanks in advance

The USNA site doesn't specify if the basketball throw has to be done with one arm. A picture shows a girl doing it with one arm, but the instructions don't specify that. My daughter is much better throwing it overhanded with both arm, is that ok?
