DS was medically cleared. Thank God!

He has been asked to fill out a remedial about the asthma now. We has asked for his medical records from his doctor before filling it out. Does that seem like the best idea?

My DS had sports induced asthma when he was 10. I believe he made have had 2 times where his breathing was some what labored before his 13th birthday but we answered yes on his questionnaire. He has had his physical for ROTC but hasnt heard back from DODMERB as of yet. Hasnt had issue in years...

This is for the AROTC. DS was awarded 3 year scholarship for graduation in'23. Is there a specific website we should be logging onto to check status?

How do you know who the techician is and what site are we checking to see if qualified or not?

Will we receive an email about results of DS physical? What is the timeframe?

We have already filled out the questionnaire to set up the appointment for his physical. This is without getting the records from the doctor.

So I should be asking the doctors for all of his records?
