My son didn’t decide to apply until the summer after his junior year! Just finished jump and ILT, so I guess he did something right. It appears you guys are much more organized than we are!

My son did not get accepted to USAFA summer seminar, but did go to USNA summer seminar and loved it! But then he was waitlisted at USNA and is now a doolie at USAFA.

I had the Pfizer series in December/January and felt pretty poorly from 12-24 hours after the second one (then perfectly fine). If I were an incoming cadet I would want to feel poorly while still at home!

My son turned in the two applications to his senators the day they were due (he hand carried them to the offices), and about one week before the due date for his representative. He ended up getting a nomination from one of the senators and the representative and is now a doolie/freshman.

My son received a call from his MOC on Saturday congratulating him on his appointment. She said it would show up officially in his portal on 3/10.

My son was accepted to session 2 last year, but realized it conflicted with Boy’s State. He couldn’t attend session 1 because he was still in school. He sent an email requesting to attend session 3, and the request was granted.
