Is the approximate "yield" known of awarded AFROTC scholarships either this year (maybe too soon to be known for this year) or in past years? That is, is it known how many awarded AFROTC scholarships in a given year are likely to be accepted with the kids matriculating to an AFROTC detachment...
Thanks for the stats on Type 1 and 2 scholarship awards through the first two Boards. The SAT's for the Type 1 and 2 awards in particular appear significantly higher than recent years.
When should AFROTC scholarship applicants expect to be notified of Board results? The last day of each Board, or some later date? Thank you for any insights.
What do the selections groups for NROTC and AFROTC do with really high scores like 1500+ SAT? Are those candidates generally locks for the higher scholarships or do a portion potentially get turned down as well.
