Is it better to get two nominations than one or does it matter? It seems like one does the trick but would WP grade a candidate higher if he/she got more than one? Or do MOC share info with one another about who they are nominating?

As best I can tell, your application is complete when the icons turn to green. Is there any other way to know for sure? Does WP send a letter or email informing you the application is complete? Would it be best to contact admission or the regional liason to verify?
