Does the eye exam disqualify students from the ROTC scholarship if they have to wear glasses on occasion?

Has anyone else uploaded their letter of intent but their status hasn't changed from "pending acceptance?" My daughter uploaded hers a couple of weeks ago and the status hasn't changed but her upload was accepted.

Does anyone remember which thread someone posted all the schools that offer room & board on top of tuition? Someone had posted a very long list which was very helpful and now I can't find which thread it was in!

My daughter got the 3 year for Texas Tech and University of Arkansas. She is a Texas resident. If she accepts Arkansas, does the full tuition cover out of state tuition?
