Exactly @Kierkegaard. It doesn't help that there's construction on the Yard and the spaces available for Midshipmen change often - so if they don't keep up daily with their emails on the changes......boom....something that was allotted to Midshipmen yesterday isn't today. :D All part of staying...

I am experiencing the same thing. Donated more this year but have crappier seats than Philly. 20ish rows back from the field in Philly and section 204 this year. Corner end zone. I know people donated more to help get access to Navy Notre Dame tickets too. Might be some of what drove it.
