Yes, my DS is in same situation. His USNA admissions counselor told us they are working on a waiver and his medical status will say that way until “his file is closed” assuming waiver is granted or not

Wanted to get a thread going specific to TN. Haven’t seen any appointments show up on the specific SA threads but would love to hear from our TN friends. Anyone heard from Sen Alexander? My DS got MOC nom, rejection from Blackburn but haven’t heard from Alexander yet.

My DS has 225.0 for labral surgery and we sent waiver board letter today from surgeon saying he was released without restriction. It should satisfy that one. He also has some hearing loss in 1 ear that was DQ'd. We followed up with ENT, and waiver review board wants us to consult with...

So the Naval Academy has initiated the waiver process before any noms. We are to provide some additional surgeon's notes and provide an ENT's treatment plan and all notes. Prayers lifted and fingers crossed.

Thanks everyone! We are checking the DODMERB portal daily. It went from "under waiver review" to "under DODMERB review" after receiving new hearing test. We will now wait & see.
